A furnace for every need
With 7 standard models ranging from 600 to 3150 kg capacity for die casting and gravity casting, we offer the right dosing furnace for every application. In addition, we develop custom solutions on request, such as holding furnaces or dosing furnaces for use in gigacasting.

Our ThermDos F4 dosing control system combines modern connectivity and intuitive operation with traditional reliability and flexibility. It stands out with features such as dosing weight adjustment, which allows simple and precise changing/calibration of the dosing weight without a technician, as well as the ability for comprehensive data analysis, such as the dosing curve function, which enables quick identification of optimization potential.
Reliable and modern control system
Our ThermDos F4 dosing control system combines modern connectivity and intuitive operation with traditional reliability and flexibility. It stands out with features such as dosing weight adjustment, which allows simple and precise changing/calibration of the dosing weight without a technician, as well as the ability for comprehensive data analysis, such as the dosing curve function, which enables quick identification of optimization potential.
Durable and efficient
Heating is provided by SiC heating elements, which ensure low energy consumption combined with a long service life. The liquid metal is dosed by pressurizing the entire furnace chamber. The metal is guided through a ceramic riser tube and a supply channel into the shot sleeve of the die casting machine or into a gravity mold.
Seamless operation and easy maintenance
Filling is done exclusively with liquid metal, and thanks to the special design of the refill unit, it is achieved with virtually no impurities. Refilling is also possible during dosing. A correction procedure integrated into the control system ensures that the pouring quantity remains unchanged during this process.
A generously sized cleaning opening with a swiveling cleaning door allows for easy and convenient cleaning of the furnace interior.
